LSE Limelight #28: David Gordon’s year as Gen-Sec

“LSE students have this ability to just be so brilliant. Being in the SU, I am not part of that thing that is excellent. I am sort of off to the side, on top, not quite engaged in it, which is a bit of a weird one. But with that in mind, and this is something that the School and the SU can do, is make students feel empowered to take those opportunities, to join the communities that exist.” – David Gordon, General Secretary.

In this episode, we talked with Gen Sec for this academic year David Gordon about what the past year has been like for him, what he managed to achieve in his role, what difficulties he faced along the way in a very unusual year.

This episode was presented and produced by Beatriz Silva and Maisie Adair.
