Pros and Cons of being an International Student

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Pros

  • You likely stand to benefit from Brexit, because the pound is going to shit against your currency.
  • You probably know English better than all the home students, because you actually had to put effort into learning it.
  • You won’t be in debt after uni, because you’re either on a scholarship or paying out of pocket
  • Your insta feed is très cosmopolitan, by virtue of regularly being in a different country
  • Everyone assumes you’re rich

Cons

  • You have to go to every class, including LSE100, or else you’ll get deported
  • Absolutely no ass kicking, for roughly the same reason as #1
  • You long for food that doesn’t taste of soil
  • Can’t rely on an overdraft or get a credit card
  • Everyone assumes you’re rich
