Short-changed

By Didier Muller; Illustration by Salvatore Pirito

I’m selling my soul for a flat belly

It’s seen some wear

So, I’ll take whatever you can give me

Even if it just shows in the mornings.

Have my heart for a pair of long legs,

I’ve been wanting to trade it in for some time

I’m not offering it to anyone else

So you name the price.

How about my serotonin for strong arms?

The ones that all the boys want

Well, this boy is willing to go further

Now I don’t have much left to offer but

take it.

It’s all yours.
